Dog Exercise Runs:

Is your dog overweight, destructive, or aggressive? Lack of exercise is the leading cause of all these issues for dogs. Our program is designed to get your dog out and give them a real workout. The runs are lead by Andy Cignoni. He is a half marathon runner with a personal best of 1:42. Each dog is different so our first run is used to determine their stamina. After that we can put together a proper routine for your pet including walks with you, distance and speed.
Overweight: Walks aren't working? Well, just like us walking isn't a substantial amount of exercise. Dogs need cardio time and a walk is not enough to increase their heart rate substantially. We will also discuss with you your pets diet and make suggestion to aid in your reaching his/her goal weight.
Destructive or Aggressive: These behaviors are characteristic of an animal that is so board that they are acting out in frustration. Imagine how mad you would be if I locked you in an apartment for months and only took you out for a half an hour a day. Sounds a little like jail doesn't it? Regular exercise (that's cardio work not walks alone) is proven to curtail destructive and aggressive behavior in dogs.
30 minute run (approximately 2.5 miles) $30.00 per run or twice a week or more $25.00 per run
60 minutes (approximately 5 miles plus cool down) $50.00 per run or $45 per run for twice a week or more.
